Prior to founding The Conflict Doula, Brittany spent over a decade in roles that shaped her unique perspective on conflict and leadership. As an undefeated trial attorney, public official, and risk management strategist, she developed a reputation for navigating high-stakes situations with clarity and confidence. Her innovative approaches to conflict resolution led her to co-found a peace intelligence startup focused on teaching conflict de-escalation strategies.
